Care:

  • Hand wash or delicate cycle (max. 30°C)
  • Low spin cycle
  • Neutral soap
  • Wash inside out
  • Dry in the shade
  • Iron at low temperature (with protection over the embroidery)

Keep in mind:

  • Grita works with used household fabrics that have been discarded. The fabrics often show some wear and signs of use that we try to disguise or integrate in the best possible way.
  • This means that some pieces require a lot of work in terms of cleaning and "restoring" the fabrics and embroidery.
  • On the Grita website, you won't find references to gender. We create our pieces without thinking about who will wear them, because everyone should wear whatever they want.
  • For this same reason, we don't follow certain sewing conventions (e.g., buttons on the left or right). We place them randomly or on the side that best enhances the shirt's beauty.
  • Being old fabrics, and especially if they are embroidered, it is very important to follow the washing recommendations.
