Unique top handmade from a discarded wall hanging

Details:

• Hand-embroidered wall hanging
• As the wall hanging wasn't enough to make the top, we used a leftover tablecloth from another project.
• Eco-friendly buttons made in Portugal
• One-of-a-kind item
• The lace from the original wall hanging was kept at the bottom
• On the bottom left, there's a practically imperceptible stain that we couldn't completely remove with washing.

Care instructions:

• Hand wash or delicate cycle (max. 30°C)
• Low spin cycle
• Mild soap
• Wash inside out
• Dry in the shade
• Iron at low temperature (with protection over embroidery)

Please note:

• Grita works with used, discarded household fabrics. Fabrics often have some wear and signs of use that we try to disguise or integrate as best as possible.
• This means that some pieces require a lot of work from us in terms of cleaning and "restoring" fabrics and embroidery.
• On Grita's page, you won't find references to gender. We create our pieces without thinking about who will wear them, because everyone wears what they want.
• For this reason, we also don't follow certain sewing conventions (e.g., buttons on the left or right). We do it randomly or on the side that enhances the beauty of the shirt.
• As these are already old fabrics, and especially if they are embroidered, it is very important to follow the washing recommendations.
