• The shorts’ hem was made from a wall curtain used in another project (hand-embroidered)

• New embroidery was added to disguise stains that could not be removed with washing

• Hand wash or delicate cycle (max. 30°C)
• Low spin
• Neutral soap
• Wash inside out
• Dry in the shade
• Iron at low temperature (with protection for embroidery)

Please note:

• Grita works with used household fabrics that have been discarded. The fabrics often show some wear and signs of use, which we try to disguise or integrate as best as possible.
• ⁠This means that some pieces require a lot of work from us in terms of cleaning and "restoring" the fabrics and embroidery.
• ⁠On Grita's page, you won't find references to gender. We create our pieces without thinking about who will wear them, because each person wears what they want.
• ⁠Also for this reason, we do not follow certain sewing conventions (e.g., buttons on the left or right). We do it randomly or on the side that enhances the beauty of the shirt.
• ⁠Since these are already old fabrics and especially if they are embroidered, it is very important to follow the washing recommendations.
