Care instructions:

  • Hand wash or delicate cycle (max. 30°C)
  • Low spin
  • Neutral soap
  • Wash inside out
  • Dry in the shade
  • Iron at low temperature (with protection for embroidery)

  • Grita works with used, discarded household fabrics. The fabrics often have some wear and signs of use, which we try to disguise or integrate as best as possible.
  • ⁠This means that some pieces require a lot of work in terms of sanitization and "restoration" of the fabrics and embroidery.
  • ⁠On Grita's page, you won't find references to gender. We create our pieces without thinking about who will wear them, because each person wears what they want.
  • ⁠For this reason, we also don't follow certain sewing conventions (e.g., buttons on the left or right). We do it randomly or on the side that enhances the beauty of the shirt.
  • ⁠Since these are already old fabrics, and especially if they are embroidered, it is very important to follow the washing recommendations.
